Multi-Region Service Site with a Customer Portal for a Pet Waste Removal Company

A recurring service has two visitors with opposite needs. A new customer wants a price and a promise that someone reliable will enter their garden. An existing customer wants their invoice. This build serves both without making either of them work for it.

Two visitors, opposite intentions

Most service sites are built entirely for acquisition and treat existing customers as an afterthought, which pushes them into the contact form and creates support work that did not need to exist.

Here the client login sits in the footer resources alongside referrals and gift certificates, so a returning customer finds it without it competing with the quote button that new visitors need.

The brief, and where the difficulty sat

Four service regions across two states, and a service people are slightly embarrassed to buy. The site had to rank for local intent in each region without spinning up four near-identical pages, and it had to answer the trust questions a homeowner will not ask out loud: who is coming, will my gate be left open, what about my dog.

Four regions, one service

Local pages must rank without becoming four copies of the same text.

Someone is entering your garden

Vetting, gates and pets are the real objections, and none of them get asked out loud.

Existing customers get forgotten

A site built only for acquisition sends account questions into the sales inbox.

Recurring needs flexibility

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and one-off all have to be visible before a quote.

The challenge was real, and it was costing time, money, and client experience.

How it was built

Service regions are structured pages rather than duplicated templates, so each one carries genuinely local content while the service description stays in one place. The quote flow is the single primary action on every page and does not change shape between regions.

The trust objections are answered as visible page content rather than buried in an FAQ: vetted and background-checked staff, disinfected equipment between visits, a photograph of the closed gate after each visit, and a notification text before arrival. Reviews are pulled in with their real count and average rather than hand-picked quotes.

The solution was designed from the ground up to fit this exact business.
