Services
I provide white-label web development and automation services, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, GoHighLevel, n8n and Make.com, primarily to agencies, alongside direct client work. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are agreed in writing in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
Quotes & payment
Project quotes are based on the scope discussed. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is required before work starts, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed milestones. Late or non-payment may pause delivery.
Client responsibilities
To deliver on time I rely on you to provide timely access to the necessary accounts, content and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom systems and assets built specifically for you. I retain the right to reuse general methods, templates and know-how, and to reference the work in a portfolio or case study unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Results & no guarantee
I build systems to a professional standard and to best practice, but I cannot guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on many factors outside my control (your offer, market, pricing and effort). See the Disclaimer for more.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
